1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Worship Light, a product of MFAS Solutions Ltd, registered in England & Wales, Company No. 15370557 ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Description of Service

Worship Light is a presentation application for churches, available as a web application and as native desktop applications for Windows and macOS, used to display scripture, song lyrics, media, and announcements during services and events.

3. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Free Trial

New accounts may be eligible for a 30-day free trial with full access to the Service's features. No payment card is required to start a trial. At the end of the trial period, continued access requires an active paid subscription.

5. Subscription & Billing

• Worship Light is offered under a single subscription plan priced at $120 per year.
• Subscriptions are billed annually in advance and renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or related systems.
• Upload content you do not have the right to use or distribute.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

7. Your Content

You retain ownership of the songs, scriptures, images, logos, and other content you upload to Worship Light. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display that content solely to provide the Service to you.

8. Intellectual Property

The Worship Light name, logo, software, and website are the property of MFAS Solutions Ltd. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, branding, or underlying software beyond what is necessary to use the Service as intended.

9. Availability & Changes

We aim to keep the Service reliable and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, modify, or improve features of the Service over time as part of your subscription.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MFAS Solutions Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for any account that violates these Terms. You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
