What is Worship Light?
Worship Light is a church presentation app for displaying Bible scripture, song lyrics, and media on screen during services. It works in your web browser and as a desktop app for Windows and macOS.
Who is Worship Light for?
Any church or ministry that presents scripture, songs, or announcements on screen — from small home groups to full congregations with multiple screens and operators.
Do I need technical skills to use it?
No. Worship Light is designed for volunteers with no technical background. Most operators are comfortable running a live service after a short walkthrough.
Can I use Worship Light for more than one service or campus?
Yes. You can prepare separate set lists for as many services as you need under your account.
Does Worship Light use AI?
Yes. Worship Light includes AI voice detection, which listens along with your service and auto-advances lyric and scripture slides in sync, and intelligent scripture matching, which recognizes a quoted or paraphrased Bible verse and pulls up the correct reference and translation automatically.
How accurate is the AI scripture matching?
It's designed to recognize verses even when they're paraphrased or quoted from memory, matching against your Bible library across multiple translations. As with any voice-based tool, accuracy is best in a quiet room with clear audio, and you can always search and select a verse manually at any time.

How much does Worship Light cost?
Worship Light is $120 per year, billed annually. That single plan includes every feature on our Features page — there are no additional tiers.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. New accounts get a 30-day free trial with full access to every feature, and no card is required to start.
Does the $120/year plan really include everything?
Yes. Scripture display, song presentation, backgrounds and media, custom logo, scrolling messages, PDF and PowerPoint import, multiple screen output, the timer screen, AI voice detection, intelligent scripture matching, and premium support are all included — on both web and desktop.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings, and you'll retain access until the end of your current billing period.
What payment methods are accepted?
Worship Light accepts major debit and credit cards through our secure checkout.
Web vs Desktop
What's the difference between the web app and the desktop app?
The web app runs in any modern browser and needs no installation — great for planning and lighter setups. The desktop app installs natively on Windows or macOS and is built for the most reliable, offline-capable in-service performance.
Can I use both on the same account?
Yes. One subscription covers both platforms. Prepare a set list on the web app, then open the desktop app to present — your library syncs automatically.
Does the desktop app work without internet?
Yes. Once your content is synced, the desktop app can keep presenting even if your internet connection drops during a service.
Which platforms are supported?
Any modern browser for the web app, plus native desktop apps for Windows 10+ and macOS 12+.

Can I import my existing PowerPoint or PDF slides?
Yes. Worship Light supports importing both PDF presentations and PowerPoint (.pptx) files directly into your set list.
What Bible translations are available?
Worship Light includes a library of popular translations, including KJV, NIV, and ESV, with instant search by book, chapter, and verse.
Is my content backed up?
Yes. Your song library, scripture history, and set lists are saved to your account, so they're safe even if a single device is lost or replaced.
